All AboutThe Silos

Hey ya’ll! We are Tim and Leah Keel, the owners of Keel’s Farm. Our farm is a family owned and operated tree farm where we specialize in growing evergreen privacy trees, as well as little trees for Christmas tree farmers.

We also grow blueberry and blackberry plants in containers for our customers to purchase and take home to plant!  Tree farming has been something our family has been doing since 1994. Tim and I purchased our farm in Walton County in 2013 with plans to continue doing what we love!  We wanted to share the beauty of farming with others and decided to repurpose grain silos into living space to allow folks to come and stay.  We hope that you will book at night or so with us to come and see for yourself how peaceful and rewarding the farming life can be!

Enjoy theSerenity

After being in our community for almost ten years, we decided that we wanted to do something to bring visitors to our area so they could experience the peaceful surroundings and see what it’s like to spend time on a working farm. Agritourism was the way to do just that!

How weDid it

Grain silos fit the aesthetic of what we wanted to do. Each silo came from working farms. When we found the silos, we disassembled them, transported them back to our farm, put them back together and finished the inside as living space. It is our hope that your farm stay will be a peaceful and relaxing one while you enjoy some time with nature.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
